SMS Templates

Here are the SMS templates used by The Right Hand Men (RHMBOT). If you're using your own partner SMS Gateway, you'll need to know these templates and may need approvals from your telecom regulatory authority.

Template Content

Every login attempt is secured through a dynamic OTP generated and sent as SMS.

Dear {Name(40 characters)}, the OTP for logging in is {4-6 digit OTP}. This OTP is valid till {deadline description (10 characters)}. If you did not try logging in, please contact your {stakeholder role (10 characters)}.

New Password SMS

When you reset your password, through the Forgot Password option in the login page, you get the new password in an SMS.

Dear {Name(40 characters)}, your password has been reset. Please note your new password: {new password (16 characters)}

Verification OTP (Generic)

Some tasks may need authorization, for additional security. An OTP is generated to authorize your account before executing that task.

Dear {Name(40 characters)}, the OTP for this action is {4-6 digit OTP}

Loyalty Campaign SMS

You can send product launch invites to your customers, to promote early adoption. These will not be considered promotional SMS.

Outbound Campaign SMS (Promotional)

You can send product launch invites to your qualified leads, to generate traction. These will be considered promotional SMS.

Customer Survey Invite SMS (Transactional / Service Implicit)

You can launch product surveys or feedback surveys and send the invite links to your customers.

Employee Setup Invite SMS (Transactional / Service Implicit)

You can create employees and ask them to perform self-registration on your Telegram channel. The SMS contains the instructions for your staff.
